Blaupunkt's first in-car-DVD/MP3 player - the DVD-ME1 debuted at CES 2001,
Las Vegas, NV. The new DVD-ME1 not only functions as your in-car DVD player but
it can also play your favorite music CD's and MP3 collections. The DVD-ME1 will
not only be your in-car entertainer on your next road trip, but can also be used
with your home theater system by using the AC/DC power adapter provided. Also
included is our remote IR sensor and 18 feet of cable to provide you with
installation flexibility. Your passenger can enjoy the front headphone, while
you concentrate on the road. The large/easy-to-read display has a variety of
indicators for DVD, CD, chapter/track, repeat, angle and Dolby Digital™. The
"On-Screen-Display" also allows selection of your favorite chapter or
album for DVD & MP3 titles. The DVD-ME1 has the capability of displaying up
to 8 characters of your media titles. Zoom in/out, angle change and repeat
functions are well defined on the supplied compact remote control. There are
multiple menu settings to adjust the DVD-ME1 to your personal preferences.
